Hi, I’m Rachel. I am a Qigong Instructor and Wellness Consultant. With a rich and diverse background in the field of healing arts, it is my pleasure to specialize in exquisite Aquatic Wellness experiences.

As a lifelong dancer, I fell in love with aquatic dance during an artist residency in 2014. Since then I have been studying, developing and sharing unique aquatic movement meditations. Aquatic Wellness work has taken me to Thailand, Mexico, Brazil, California, NYC, Hawaii, among other tropical environments.

My work in the healing arts comes from a deep love of people and my passion for holistic wellness. I began practicing yogic breathwork at the ripe age of 9, and have pursued a path of embodied mindfulness ever since.
