My work in the healing arts comes from a deep love of people and my passion for holistic wellness. As a lifelong dancer, I fell in love with aquatic dance during an artist residency in 2014. Since then I have been studying, developing and sharing unique aquatic movement meditation experiences in Thailand, Mexico, Hawaii, and other tropical environments.
Aqua Flow comes from weaving together years of training in Aguahara and Janzu, which are both aquatic martial arts dance meditation practices. It is also informed and inspired by Water Dance (WasserTanz) and Watsu techniques.
